Use a single, uninterrupted sign-in attempt
First-time users often create avoidable errors by moving too quickly. Confirm the account detail, remain on one connection, wait for the active OTP and complete the form without repeatedly leaving and returning to it.
Inspect any password filled automatically before you submit. A browser switch or app update may leave an older credential stored in the manager.
How the mobile network affects an OTP
The code travels through the mobile network, so poor signal or SMS filtering may slow it down. Several rapid requests can also produce multiple messages even though the latest code is normally the valid one.
Leave the registered SIM active and maintain the connection while waiting. Switching airplane mode on and off can interrupt the request.

Move to recovery after a few careful attempts
